Serve it Safe Food Consulting is dedicated to providing quality training and information for the Food Service industry. Serve It Safe Food Consulting offers a combination of specialized training and extensive knowledge of over 20 years of Food Service experience.
Serve It Safe Food Consulting uses the National Food Safety Training Program (NFSTP) Food Handler Certification course developed by the Restaurants Canada (formerly CRFA) as a training tool. The NFSTP Food Handler certification was developed in 2004 in response to a growing demand for food safety training that meets the needs of foodservice operators from coast-to-coast.
The 1 day course with NFSTP workbook is based on Restaurants Canada Food Safety Code of Practice, and designed to train and certify quick-service, full-service, chain and independent operators and employees to a national standard of food safety.
